VETERANS PARK DELRAY STRETCH, TONE AND BALANCE CLASS

What better way then to begin the day with a full heart by aligning body, mind and spirit outdoors connected to nature! Please join me for this “all levels” inspiring weekly class that interweaves a Grace-oriented theme as the gentle breeze, the Intracoastal water way, the grass and the trees provide a nurturing ambiance. It is the perfect time to introduce a friend or relative to their first stretch class as this class is for “Every Body!”
