We use harmonics, sound and vibrations to empower our clients to gain clarity, courage, and strength to overcome emotional, mental and physiological challenges.
Mindful Meditation is simply a practice of heightening our awareness of the here and now, taking time out to observe what is going on in our bodies, and in our minds. When we attune our minds to being in a state of constant awareness, we can learn a great deal about how our minds and bodies work.
Once you start practicing yoga and meditation, you invite major changes in your life. Those changes start from within; maybe your practice alters the way you define personal integrity, or maybe it unleashes a deep longing in your heart or shows you truths you have been hiding from yourself.
As you transform within, your inner light and peace radiate outward making a positive difference in the world.
The brain is like a computer taking in the information from your senses all day long and sorting, rationalizing, comparing and judging it. Meditation is not about quieting the mind that’s impossible! You can’t create inner peace if you are fighting with yourself and your thoughts! Mindfulness Living is being fully present each moment. It is ABOUT YOU choosing how you are going to show up in life rather than letting all of the fluctuating external circumstances of life dictate how you think and feel.
Our goal is to open up a dialogue between body, mind, and heart, in which each part learns to express itself and listen to the others. It is all about paying attention to how your body feels, honoring your body, letting go of expectations of how you think you should be and accepting with gratitude how things are in the present moment.
Through meditation and yoga, we redirect, find balance and correct learned patterns of behaviors that no longer serve us – moving us to a more aligned state using breathwork, release, self-care, and mindfulness.
Meditation is also great for the active individual who needs to recalibrate and de-stress, those in chronic pain, and those looking to gain clarity, balance and a sense of stillness in their lives.
