YOGA @ THE WALL

Discover a new and exciting way to practice yoga and reach new places as your body is safely supported by using the wall as a prop. This class targets the connective tissues (i.e. the ligaments, bones, and the joints of the body) through passive poses held for a longer period of time which increases flexibility.
Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular {yang} power flow yoga styles that emphasizes internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
Your mind, body and spirit will feel deep peace and rejuvenation and you’re bound to leave the studio walking taller and feeling lighter!
