The only way to “protect” yourself from any colds, flu, viruses, and disease is “right” thinking, exercise, and fueling your body with nutritious food! Bring your mask and your mat! We will be spaced!

Wake your body, mind and spirit with this blissful practice for “every body” with a variety of postures to energize and inspire you. This class is perfect for those new to Yoga as well as seasoned practitioners! This sweet flow will tone and strengthen your body and get you out of your head and into your heart!
