Join me for the first of the Saturday Self Help/Self Love Series of special Mind/Body Health and Wellness workshops. Mindfulness has been the big “buzz” word this past year. So many people have told me that they feel like everyone is meditating (based on what they see on Social Media and the news) that they are feeling worse about themselves – thinking that something is wrong with them because it appears like everyone else has easily adapted and integrated  Mindfulness and Meditation in to their lives and they are finding just the opposite. In our time together we will customize the right practice for you and clear up misconceptions about the meditation.

If you want some help learning how to meditate and being consistent without guilt or frustration then the Investment in your well being is $15.
