THANKSGIVING STRETCH, TONE AND BALANCE CLASS

I just got back into town from NC and would love to reconnect with you!

What better way then to begin the day of Thanksgiving with a full heart by aligning body, mind and spirit! Please join me for this “all levels” inspiring class that interweaves a Grace-oriented theme as the gentle breeze, the Intracoastal and the trees provide a nurturing ambiance. It is the perfect time to introduce a friend or relative to their first stretch class! Put the turkey in the oven on low heat and make the stuffing when you get back home!

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 23rd – 10 – 11:15 – Veterans Park at the Intracoastal off Atlantic Ave. Bring your mat and props if you have blocks and a strap, a towel and some water. Suggested donation for class $10 -20 – having financial hardship just come! Any questions, give me a call 561-715-4573
