Sunset Slow Flow at Simply Yoga

This class at Simply Yoga in Delray is designed to support the transition from the busyness of the day. As you arrive and move the body releasing tension and burning off excess energy, you will wind down to a deep state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening. This class is for all levels of experience and is intentionally slower for grounding and centering to allow time for mind/body connection and promote quality rejuvenating sleep.
