SLEEP…IT SHOULD BE EASY RIGHT?

May 23 @ 4:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Sleep Well

SLEEP…IT SHOULD BE EASY RIGHT?

You’re tired, time to go to bed, sleep… But all too often, the restless mind, the anxious thoughts, the stress gets in the way of deep, restful sleep.

Various studies have linked sleep deficits with poor work performance, driving accidents, relationship problems, and mood problems like anger and depression. A growing list of health risks have been documented in recent studies, like heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

In this experiential workshop you will learn Reflexology, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), essential oils, and other tips and tools to help you mitigate anxiety/fear/stress and promote quality sleep and feel empowered. We conclude with a deep healing Yoga Nidra guided relaxation that will anchor into your subconscious and conscious mind a new blueprint for sleeping well and navigating life with peace and calm and more joy!

Your investment is $30 and when I receive it via PayPal or Venmo or Zelle using my email kimhough@yahoo.com or by mailing a check I will send you the Zoom link.

“What can I say other than Kim is magic! From my first class with her, I felt so safe. She fills the room with calm, positive energy and the yoga flow she guided us through felt so natural. I then attended her Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing workshop which was nothing short of profound for me. It was a deeply connecting, emotionally healing, and very nourishing experience. I’d never experienced anything like it and all the participants were saying they felt transformed as well. And if all that wasn’t enough to leave a review… I just watched her EFT tapping anxiety release video on her Relaxed Living Youtube channel and the transformation in just 10 minutes was remarkable. I know we are all struggling with everything going on in the world right now and through the course of her video, I felt the anxious pit in my stomach melt away and was so much calmer afterward. Honestly, Kim is a true healer.”
