I will be subbing this class. Gentle Hatha is for everyone.Teaching the fundamentals of yoga, using all the benefits, concentrating on breath, proper alignment and core development, done at an easy pace with individual attention. Practice will improve your concentration, challenge you physically, and create peace of mind leaving you will feeling more energized, relaxed, and balanced.The class contains all components of a traditional yoga class
and is perfect for beginners or any level and those who desire a gentle and mindful practice.
