Weekly on Tuesdays
Description: Stretch, Tone, Strengthen and Balance with no need to get up and down off the floor! We will do seated and standing postures which will keep your immune system resilient and your nervous system calm! Have a sturdy chair, a book for a block and a belt or tie from a robe for a strap.
