Weekly on Tuesdays
Description: Stretch, Tone, Strengthen and Balance with no need to get up and down off the floor! We will do seated and standing postures which will keep your immune system resilient and your nervous system calm! Have a sturdy chair, a book for a block and a belt or tie from a robe for a strap. If you have the ability to make a donation for the class it can be done though Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or a check and is very much appreciated!!
