Let’s continue to celebrate the New Year with a “Yoga For Every Body” slow flow class on the grass in beautiful Sullivan Park on the Intercoastal in Deerfield Beach by donation.
Enjoy a gorgeous water view, feel the delicious breeze caressing your skin, the soothing sound of the wind, birds and water surrounded by nature – a perfect way to start your day and the New Year!
No Previous Experience Required
Bring your mat, towel, water, props if you have some and meet me on the grass by the water to the left of the playground as you enter from the parking lot. Free Parking but you must register your vehicle at the meter
