Rituals of releasing and affirming are central in all spiritual traditions. We must make room by letting go in order that the new may come into our lives. Burning something is a symbolic act that signifies our readiness to let go and move on. Affirming and claiming our good then fills the space that our releasing has created.
This special ceremony and guided meditation will assist you in shifting your relationship to those dense energy things, and help you begin the New Year intentionally with a clear and integrated mind and heart.
